Ruth and Brian at The Millhouse
Let me introduce you to Ruth and Brian. Two of the finest folk you ever could meet. This job of being a wedding photographer does have privileges and the best one of all has to be getting to meet new folk all the time. In fact it’s better than that, it’s new folk who want you around and who like your work and want you to do your thing – for them. To add to that you get to hang out with them on what will be remembered as one of the best days of their lives, witness things that are only going to happen once and get to freely photograph whatever you like for the full day. It’s perfect. I’m lucky, no doubt about it.
This all took place at the wonderful Millhouse and surely one of the great things about this venue is that the majority of folk who decide to get married here have their wedding in the old mill. Ruth and Brian had a celtic blessing. There was sticks, fire, rocks, water, and the tying of hands. It had it all, not to mention the best reading ever from Ruth’s grandad. That guy is a sweetheart.
Ruth and Brian – thank you so much for having me. It honestly was such a pleasure and I can’t wait until we meet again because it’s been too long and life is too short.
